The Summit is a complete resort condominium located on the beach next door to the two largest clubs south of the Mason Dixon line-Spinnaker and La Vela. All oversized suites have kitchenettes, AC, cable TV, and daily maid service.
All 449 spacious rooms have private balconies overlooking the Gulf.
1 bedroom units can accommodate up to six persons with two double beds in the bedroom and bunkbeds or pull out couch in a separate area.
A person at least 21 years of age is required in each room. In the event a 21 year old is not present, Summit management reserves the right to evict room without refund.
