The primary registrant in every unit at Origin MUST BE at least 21 years old and MUST stay in the unit. ALL OTHER guests in the unit must be at least 18. The person whose name is on the reservation MUST be present at check in! All guests must have a valid picture ID (government issued; i.e., drivers license, passport). A $450 refundable security deposit, a $50 non-refundable processing fee, $25 registration fee and a ($60-$130) departure cleaning fee per room will be collected at check-in. There will be ZERO tolerance for damage, theft, or abuse of the property. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECK OUT! One parking pass will be issued per room. The property requires wristbands to be worn. Check in is 4 pm (CST) and check out is at 8 am (CST).
A $450 (cash or credit card) security deposit will be collected at check-in. The following cleaning fees will need to be paid to the resort: Studio/Efficiency - $60; 1 Bedroom - $90; 2 Bedroom - $110; 3 Bedroom - $130. There is also a $50 Spring Break processing fee and $25 registration fee(non refundable) due upon arrival.
