Deposit and agreement to the terms and conditions of this agreement are required to confirm your reservations.

Upon receipt of deposit, you will be emailed a receipt and trip confirmation. Receipt of deposit by STS constitutes
acceptance of the terms and conditions of the STS Tour Participany Agreement. View Tour Participant Agreement.
STS accepts payment via Check or by Credit Card. VISA, MC, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
STS will automatically charge the credit card used for your initial payment to pay each installment as they come due. If you would like to
use a different card, pay online prior to due date or contact our office. If for any reason your credit card company or bank refuses to
accept payment of the amount billed to your credit card, your account will become past due and be subject to cancellation.
It is your responsibility to contact STS with updated information and payment arrangements if you cancel the applicable credit card
or if your credit card details change. STS reserves the right to cancel the reservation if a payment is not made by due dates without notice.
There is a $50 service charge for all checks/charges returned to STS for any reason and your account will be subject to immediate cancellation.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE (except as otherwise provided in this agreement), unless you are able to find a replacement, at which time a full refund less a $50 per person administrative fee and any airline-imposed fees will be issued. If your roommate(s) cancels, you and your remaining roommate(s) must pay applicable occupancy surcharges prior to the departure date.
Accounts not paid in full by specific due dates will be automatically canceled without notice. Accounts may be reinstated subject to availability and a $50 per person reinstatement fee.
