Campus Managers are responsible for recruiting and managing a team of campus reps along with overseeing all sales and marketing efforts on campus. Qualified students are natural born leaders with strong management skills and an ability to influence others. As a campus manager you will earn valuable resume building experience to prepare for a successful career beyond college.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage a team of campus reps and group organizers
- Oversee all marketing efforts on campus including; posting flyers, info tables, group presentations, setting up a table, online marketing etc)
- Distributing information to all Greek life on campus
- Meeting with potential reps and groups
- Conducting group presentations
- Following up on leads and closing sales from the office
- Managing and promoting special events
- Has proven their ability to market and sell Spring Break Vacations on Campus.
- Has ability to influence others
- Well connected on campus
- Ambitious and Persistent
- Has an interest in travel
- Responsible and Reliable
There is no limit to the number of free trips/cash you can earn. Below is our standard commission structure. A free trip can be taken for every 15 trips sold in lieu of cash. You must book a minimum of 8 trips to earn commission. You may apply your commission as a discount to all members of your group.

Your friends, even at other schools, can make you money. You will earn commission on every sale made through reps you refer to STS.
